terms of service

General

• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
• You are commissioning for a digital file.
• Please look at my gallery and art style before commissioning as I am most comfortable drawing in my own style. Please be aware of what you are commissioning for as I might not be used to drawing certain art styles.
• Price of commissions are subject to change without prior notice.
• I have the right to refuse your commission.
• No refunds after I've started working on your commission.
• When asking for refund, do not request a charge back as I will transfer the money back on my own. (refunded money will be after paypal fee deduction.)If you request for a chargeback at any point when you're not allowed to, you will lose rights to the commissioned piece. The chargeback will be declined along with evidence regarding the commission discussions supplied to Paypal. You will also be blacklisted so please be mindful of that.• Max 3 edits allowed during sketch phase. Edits will not be allowed after sketch has been approved. (Please be clear of what you want to edit!) Extra fee of 20 USD will be charged regardless of how big the edit is after 3 edits.
• Commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use only.
• You are not allowed to make merchandise out of them unless it's personal use.
• Do not remove my watermarks. They're not that big.
• An additional fee will be charged for commercial use. Feel free to discuss with me on this.
• Strictly NO NFTs. Do not use my art for anything crypto related.
• NO AI generated references as well as using my art for it. Do not use my art to train AI or anything related.
• Credit me if you're going to use the artwork. Do not claim my artwork as your own.
• Most finished artwork WILL be posted on my social media. A fee may apply for the artwork to stay private.

ordering/process

• Use the form provided as it makes things easier for me!
• Please provide a clear visual reference of your character.
Any commission that requires drawing a character from scratch will include a design fee. This includes text based reference or a mood board with a lot of images mashed together.
• Turnaround time varies from few days to 2 months.
Please give me a heads up if the commission has a deadline; may include rush fee which would be +50% of your commission.
• You may ask for progress update, or check my trello. I tend to give several updates (sketch, refined, base, rendering update)
• Edits are allowed on the final artwork as long as it's a small change, so please don't be afraid to let me know
• Payment through PayPal or Ko-fi; upfront payment. Prices are in USD
• Commission above 500USD can be split into 2 payment, with 200usd as minimum payment and remaining payment needs to be settled within a month, otherwise commission will be put on hold, until the remaining payment has been settled.
• Finished artwork will be sent through sta.sh link or discord depending on the number of files, remember to save the artwork.
